Helping you begin your yoga journey or deepen your practice. Within an hours one to one practice I will look at how your body moves to maybe help target the areas your need it the most or if there is something your feel you need to work on then the focus can be tailored to your needs. Once you have paid for your class contact me to arrange a suitable time and place for us to connect.
