Service Description

Unwind your weekend with some much needed TLC with an hour of Candlelit Yoga Yin and 30 mins Yoga Nidra. Yin yoga creates a gentle traction and compression that helps to flush out toxins and lubricate joints while releasing tension from the surrounding connective tissues. Yin yoga can help the body and mind to relax and release tension mentally, emotionally and physically. Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep sleep. During meditation, you remain in the waking state of consciousness and gently focus the mind, allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise. In Yoga Nidra, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state, and go to deep sleep, while remaining awake. Yoga Nidra brings creates incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. Please wear comfortable clothing and layers to keep warm when still. Once you book I will send you a link to join in the class. Classes are delivered through the app ZOOM which you will need to download to your device. It is a free app where all online classes will be shared. Unfortunately classes are all live and not recorded so you cannot watch back later. If your late you may not be allowed in this is so you dont disturbe the other students. But you can join the session 10 minutes before it begins If you need any help please contact me. As the practice is in your own home you can do this where ever you like. You set the scene and enviroment. Turn the lights down, light some candles, select some background music and grab your pillows and blankets. All welcome, classes are adaptable to all levels and abilities.
